We accept payment through PayPal, banktransfer or cash upon pick-up. You must be 18 years or older to purchase a gecko. We reserve the right to refuse sale of our geckos to anyone that we consider unfit to properly care for them. Geckos will be sold to the person from whom we first receive payment. We will not hold a gecko for any reason without payment. By purchasing a gecko from us or depositing a down payment, you are agreeing that you have read and accepted all of our terms. 

We promise the animal to be comparable to the photos shown in the ad. We will never edit our photos in a way that will create an unrealistic expectation of the animal. We will snap quick cell phone photos if asked at our discretion. Professional photos will be taken only for ads. All ads will have photos updated periodically to be the most up-to-date appearance of the animal. Animals will be in good health when sent, and will never be significantly misrepresented in weight. Cosmetic flaws (including but not limited to lost toe tips, FTS, lost tail tips, etc.) will be clearly notated in the ad. 

Payment plans are available only on orders with a value higher than $500, and to place an animal on hold the seller must have at least 25% of the purchase price. Payment plan duration will be determined on a case by case basis and will be left to the discretion of the seller. 

Payment plans that are not completed before the agreed upon due date will have a reminder sent in advance of the due date. Should the buyer fail to complete the plan, or fail to contact the seller to make arrangements, the seller has the right to reclaim the animal. The ownership of the animal(s) will return to the seller. Should the buyer fail to follow through on any arrangements made, the seller has the right to reclaim the animal at that point. 

If a buyer who has paid in full for an order fails to respond to any contact attempts by the seller over the course of one month (30 days), the animal will be considered abandoned and reclaimed by the seller.

We can deliver geckos for free and in person to the Houten Terrafair or with a courier to Hamm Terraristika (20 euro for each gecko).  

We ship international at least 4 times a year at the expense of the buyer (inquire to see if shipping to your country is available). We ship through a third party and our liability ends once the third party receives the gecko. Live arrival guarantee and heath guarantee are both void when shipping internationally. 

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that someone is at the shipping address on the day the package is scheduled to arrive, or is picking the animal up from the hub. If you are shipping to a hub, animals must be picked up before or around noon. If you need to pick up later in the day, please inform the seller prior to shipping the animal. 

Animal sex will be labelled as accurately as possible in the ad. Sexing is only guaranteed on animals labelled specifically male or female. All babies under 5 grams will be marked as unsexed. All babies between 5-10 grams will be loop sexed to the best of our ability. These geckos will be marked as "no pores visible" if we do not see pores and will be marked as "possible pores visible" if we do see pores. This is NOT a guarantee of the eventual sex of the gecko. Sex is NOT guaranteed for any gecko under 15 grams regardless of how the sex is described in the listing. If the animal is sold as having "no pores visible" and there is a delay in shipping due to weather or payment plan, if the animal shows pores at delivery time, there is no refund and no credit will be offered. Gecko weights are rounded to the nearest whole number.

* OUR PHOTOS WILL NEVER BE USED BY YOU TO SELL A GECKO THAT YOU HAVE PURCHASED FROM US.
